Our BJJ classes are structured in technical instruction and supervised sparring and are offered in both gi and no gi.

They are instructed by either of our team of instructors, supervised by our resident black belt head instructors, Prof Neo and Prof Fitri.

While we primarily practices BJJ as a sport, BJJ at its root is a martial art, and is extremely effective to defend oneself.

With the right skills, you’ll be able to protect yourself from bigger opponents.
